Ankara Chamber of Commerce (ATO) was founded in 1923 under the name “Ankara Chamber of Commerce and Industry.” It played a pioneering role in the establishment of the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Türkiye (TOBB) in 1950, and adopted its current name in 1964.
